DEKANY TECH shall of course sign your non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and any other documents foreseen by your internal guidelines or policies.

DEKANY TECH is not a reseller; therefore you conclude your business with the suppliers directly.
DEKANY TECH does not mean any risk for you.
You as a buyer always directly and on your exclusive discretion 

• evaluate the offers
• qualify the suppliers
• negotiate with the suppliers
• select the suppliers
• place orders to the suppliers
• order-process with the suppliers
• pay to the suppliers

DEKANY TECH  will of course support you to that extent you wish.

With the involvement of DEKANY TECH in your sourcing process, neither risk nor cost shall appear on your side.
